We are a forward-thinking, professional landscape design and build company based on the Surrey/Hampshire border near Camberley. We take immense pride in our skills and workmanship, working with some fantastic designers and architects to create our customer's dream gardens.

We are looking for a new Experienced Hard Landscaper to help us continue to grow, working as part of a team to build some exceptional high-end gardens. The ideal candidate would need to have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a professional hard landscaping role. You will need to be able to work independently, and with initiative. You will need to have a good practical ability to work with all hardscape materials, and a good understanding of the correct procedures with which to follow to get a high-spec, luxury result.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a Team Foreman and labourers to carry out projects from start to completion.
  • Working from technical scale-drawn designs and plans from our garden designers, with support from our Projects Manager.
  • Accurately handling volumes and quantities of materials on-site, measuring accurately.
  • Carrying out all aspects of garden landscaping work, including excavations, paving, walling, turf, fencing, decking, carpentry work, steps, block-paving and installing water-features.
  • Competently using landscaping machinery.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years professional landscaping experience (essential)
  • A strong understanding of health and safety processes in the workplace.
  • Polite, reliable, approachable, professional and honest.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • You MUST have your own transport and be able to commute to GU24 each morning. Please note we are NOT close to public transport links.

Job Types: Full-time

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Optional overtime may be available on Saturdays.

Salary/day rate: dependent on experience - to be agreed prior to start date.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
