Garden Maintenance Operative – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions

Kiwi Moa is a well-established garden maintenance company serving Wimbledon and nearby areas. We're expanding and looking for experienced gardeners to join our friendly, hardworking team.
About the Role
We have two openings: one full-time and one part-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about horticulture and outdoor work. You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and forking
- Pruning and trimming trees, hedges, shrubs, and bushes
- Fertilising and plant care
- Manual handling of various garden tools and materials
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Occasional work at heights (minimum 3m)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of gardening experience (Essential)
- Horticultural qualification or equivalent hands-on experience (Essential)
- Comfortable working at heights (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a Transit-style van (Desirable)
- Friendly, polite, and able to follow instructions
- Reliable team player with a flexible approach to working hours
