About:

Fairhill Solicitors provides a full suite of immigration law services to businesses and private individuals dealing with clients on domestic and international level. We advise and represent clients across all key immigration routes, including Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Ukraine Scheme/UPE, ILR and British Citizenship, as well as provide comprehensive legal support to businesses recruiting overseas professionals to the UK.

Key Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least 1-2 years of experience, able to work independently and as a given, will be technically excellent in the provision of technical solutions to Immigration issues and problems, as well as have knowldege and experience working in other areas of law.

The candidate ideally should have a law degree, GDL or LPC done in the UK. Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is essesntial. IAA regulation is desirable however not essential.

We will also welcome the candidates who are exceptionally well connected with a solid network of clients and referrers for an alternative lucrative profit sharing fee structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of immigration applications, appeals, and other related matters.
  • Conducting client consultations to assess eligibility and immigration options.
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications, including Skilled Worker visas, Innovator Founder visas, Family visas, Sponsor Licence and Settlement applications.
  • Monitoring application progress and keeping clients updated on case developments.
