Nail Technician Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, BIAB nail, Acrylic extension, and nail art.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding nail care options, aftercare advice, and product recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design and techniques to offer clients innovative services.
  • Assist with makeup application as needed, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Nail Technician is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for beauty and aesthetics, particularly in nail care and design.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£17.00 per hour
