  • Embedding strong governance, safeguarding and quality standards
  • Building excellent relationships with families, local partners and the wider community
  • Strengthening the home's presence in the self-funding market and supporting continued commercial growth
  • Ensuring Lunardi Court continues to be a true "home from home" for every resident
