Position: 7.5 ton Hiab Driver

Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire

Start Date: 31.10

Duration: 2-3 months

Hours: Approx 45 hrs/week

Pay Rates: £16.80/hr PAYE

The Role:

Due to recent contract wins, our client is currently recruiting for a 7.5 ton Hiab Operator / Driver for a 2-3 month contract covering Midlands locations. The position will involve driving a 7.5 ton vehicle with Hiab attachment, and using the Hiab to load and unload electric vehicle charging units as car dealerships. Additional duties will include assisting trades with the installation and removal of the electric charging units, using and tools, labouring etc.

Requirements:

Must have a full clean UK Driving Licence with C1 (7.5t) entitlement

Tachograph card

Driver CPC card (DQC)

HIAB qualified (hook)

Understanding of crane lifting and lifting equipment regulations (desired but not essential)

Knowledge of equipment inspection

Willing to work in the outdoors and in all weather conditions
