Roaming Chef

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join us as Roaming Chef.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating culinary delights and leading a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will travel round our estate to fulfil shifts and help train other kitchen staff members.

you will work in an approximate 50 mile radius of of Head Office in Smethwick.

you must have a valid drivers license, due to the nature of the position.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality dishes are served promptly

- Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, showcasing leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service to guests
