Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in one of London's most prestigious medical environments? We are seeking a Concierge to join our Harley Street team - a polished individual dedicated to creating a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Reporting to our Patient Service's Manager, the successful Concierge will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming journey. They will be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with a professional and friendly conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every patient, ensuring their first impression reflects the high standards of 9 Harley Street.
• Verify patient details discreetly and guide them seamlessly to the appropriate reception or consultation area.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence at all times, ensuring patients feel supported and cared for throughout their visit.
• Prepare consulting rooms for use, ensuring they are immaculate and fully equipped.
• Liaise with Nursing teams to confirm required medical equipment is available and in working order.
• Assist with the movement, organisation, and proper storage of medical equipment.
• Collect and deliver pathology samples securely and promptly to the laboratory.
• Provide beverages to patients and consultants, maintaining the highest standards of service.

This role will also involve general support in areas of administration and housekeeping as and when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE education or equivalent to include English and Maths.

Experience

• Patient and customer focused.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people at all levels.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage and prioritise own work load based on the activity of the day.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Desirables

• Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
• Knowledge of waste management within a hospital environment.
• Hospitality experience desired.

25 Harley Street is home to our Pathology Services, X-Ray and DEXA imaging services and 11 consulting rooms, further expanding the range of services for Phoenix Hospital Group.

9 and 25 Harley Street offer a quick and efficient service with appointments available to suit you and with no waiting lists. We aim to provide a prompt diagnosis and a high quality of care.

Our clinics are a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Bond Street, or you can travel to us by bus: Oxford Circus bus stop OG accessed via routes 25, 55, 8, N55, N8.
