Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Care Assistant. The Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and practical support to individuals, including assisting with daily living activities, performing manual handling, and supporting clients with dementia care. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care is delivered.

Qualifications

  • Manual Handling skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Dementia Care and Caregiving
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant certifications or training in care support is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
