Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: North London

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large independent estate agent that operate UK wide who are looking a senior sales negotiator to join their successful team in Stoke Newington, London.

Responsibilities
:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting viewings and valuations
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales
  • Providing expert advice to clients
  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements
:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Must have your own car

Salary
:

  • £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Benefits:

  • Car Allowance

On Target Earnings [OTE]:

  • £55k+
