Ready to shake up the shopper journey? We're looking for a Shopper Marketing Development Lead who loves big ideas, smart insights, and the thrill of seeing a plan come to life in-store.
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind how our brand shows up in the real world—from supermarket shelves to corner stores and everywhere in between. You'll lead a passionate team, dream up shopper-led experiences, and make sure our brand is impossible to miss.
Think creative problem-solving, clever use of assets, and helping shoppers choose us before they've even realised it themselves.
What You'll Get Up To
- Inspiring and coaching a brilliant team of shopper marketers
- Bringing the "perfect store" vision to life with tools, ideas and standout execution
- Turning shopper insights into imaginative, impactful activation
- Making sure our in-store presence feels fresh, bold and consistent
- Owning budgets (and making every penny work hard)
What You Bring
- Experience in Shopper or Brand Marketing
- A natural leader with energy, empathy and a can-do approach
- Strong communication skills and a flair for presenting ideas
- A love for in-store experiences and shopper behaviour
- Comfortable with budgets, timelines and lots of moving parts
