Comparator Project Manager
to join our dynamic Global Comparator Service team. This department plays a critical role in supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as Contract Research Organizations, by managing comparator procurement projects that drive clinical development forward.

As a
Comparator Project Manager
, you will lead the successful delivery of commercial product procurement projects for our clients. You'll collaborate across departments—Sales, Finance, CDS Service Project Managers, and Quality—to ensure timelines are met, budgets are respected, and client expectations are exceeded.

This is a site-based role and can either be from our Bathgate site in Scotland or English facilities at Nottingham, Dartford or Swindon.

The Role:

• Manage comparator projects from contract signature to completion, ensuring timelines are planned, tracked, and achieved.
• Lead client and internal meetings to drive project progress and resolve challenges.
• Use Workfront to manage daily project activities and ensure visibility across teams.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile billing and revenue forecasts during month-end close.
• Maintain the global comparator tracker to monitor revenue and margin performance.
• Ensure all team activities comply with SOPs and authorization protocols.
• Oversee timely payment of invoices, resolve disputes, and communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments.

The Candidate:

• University degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management within a relevant industry.
• Pharmaceutical or clinical trial knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
