Electrical Construction Manager

North Acton

Up to £85,000 + Travel & Benefits (Depending on experience)

We have partneed with a Top 10 M&E contractor to find an Electrical Construction Manager who thrives on complexity—someone who can navigate the technical demands of Data Centres.

This isn't just another construction role. You'll be embedded in high-profile projects that are reshaping the UK and European landscape, working alongside a market-leading organisation that invests in technical excellence and genuinely champions career progression.

What You'll Own:

  • Full lifecycle management of electrical installations—from first drawings to final handover
  • Leadership of site teams and subcontractors, driving delivery that's on time, on budget, and above expectations
  • Client relationships that matter—becoming the trusted point of contact they rely on
  • Technical oversight: reviewing drawings, specs, and ensuring every detail meets H&S compliance
  • Financial control—keeping projects profitable while maintaining quality
  • Strategic reporting to senior leadership, shaping project direction from the ground up

What You Bring:

  • Proven M&E experience as an Electrical Construction Manager (or similar role)
  • Sector expertise in Data Centres ideally ,otherwise Commercial, or Industrial environments
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, building services, and seamless coordination across trades
  • Current knowledge of BS 7671, CDM regulations, and UK H&S legislation
  • A track record of managing complex projects, tight budgets, and high-performing teams
  • Relevant electrical qualifications + CSCS/ECS card

Bonus Points For:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • SMSTS, IOSH, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with BIM and design coordination
  • Membership with professional bodies (IET, CIBSE)
