Advanced Training Courses - They are included as part of your progression prospects if required to advance to more experienced positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Head Waitress, Managerial Roles etc.
Shifts Examples:
- 40-45hrs a week made up of 8 shifts
- Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm
- Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm
- Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close pm (approximatively - so no late lockups)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greet customers & provide excellent customer service
- Take food & beverage orders accurately & deliver to customers
- Answer questions about our menus & make recommendations
- Cash handling, keep track of receipts & gratuities, cashing up at the end of the business day
- Opening & closing the business
- Assisting management in driving sales
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards
- Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards
- Hosting & expediting shifts to ensure smooth running
- Help organise special events
- Create & post social media content
- Setting tables & rearranging the dining area to accommodate for larger bookings/special occasions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
