Mark Cross CEA Primary School is a small village school, just to the south of Tunbridge Wells, with a strong sense of community and a friendly, welcoming staff team. We have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant (TA3) and Midday Supervisor (MDSA) from October 2025 as follows:

The vacancy is in our Reception class. 
 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic and committed to helping the pupils at our school.

  • Have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and knowledge.

  • Feel confident working with individual pupils and larger pupil groups.

  • Be patient, calm and truly listen to and value children's views.

  • Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.

  • Be able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Be able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.

  • Preferably have experience of working with children.
