To make warm water hydro pools accessible for everyone We offer a variety of sessions, including Swimming Lessons, Hydrotherapy, Aquatic Fitness, and Family Swimming. The Opportunity: Pool Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of our hydrotherapy pools while fostering a welcoming environment for all our clients. This is a hands-on position requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and encouraging environment where all clients feel comfortable.
- Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone.
- Ensure the safety of all clients using the Hydrotherapy Pool through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain the highest cleaning standards for the pool area and facilities.
- Provide immediate first aid in the event of an injury.
