About the Role
SKIMS is looking for a skilled and analytical Planner to join our growing EMEA team based in London. Reporting into the international Wholesale Planning Manger, this role will support the development and execution of merchandise and inventory strategies across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels within the region. The Planner will play a critical role in driving profitable growth by managing OTB, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring alignment between global and regional planning objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Inventory Management:
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales, margin, and inventory strategies that meet financial targets for the EMEA business.

OTB & Forecasting:
Own and manage open-to-buy plans, ensuring alignment between regional performance, global direction, and business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize assortment and maximize sell-through.

Assortment & Buy Planning:
Collaborate with Global Planning and Merchandising teams to build regional buy plans, leveraging local performance data and market insights. Present seasonal recommendations to leadership.

In-Season Management:
Monitor weekly performance, analyzing sales, stock, and margin trends by category, style, and region. Identify risks and opportunities, proposing actionable strategies to improve performance.

Inventory Optimization:
Maintain balanced stock levels across channels and markets. Partner with Operations to manage replenishment cycles, delivery timing, and stock allocation to achieve a never-out-of-stock position on key products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with EMEA Merchandising, Production, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to ensure planning accuracy and seamless communication across all functions.

Reporting & Analysis:
Produce regular reports and dashboards highlighting key business drivers and KPI performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Process Improvement:
Support the development of regional planning tools, reporting templates, and best practices as SKIMS continues to scale across EMEA.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably within fashion, beauty, or consumer goods.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, logic formulas).

· Experience with ERP or planning systems such as NetSuite, Toolio, or Anaplan is a plus.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Proven success in managing OTB and driving profitable inventory decisions.

· Excellent communication skills, able to partner effectively with global teams.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

· Deep understanding of the EMEA retail landscape and consumer trends preferred.
