About the Role

  • Support children's learning through play, exploration and structured activities
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team
  • Contribute to planning, observations and developmental records
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Recognised childcare qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years, or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
