The successful candidate will assist the Directors in the end-to-end delivery of projects across our national corporate & public sector client portfolio, ensuring timelines and financial targets are met, and supporting Divisional growth.

This is a Project Management Delivery role, and not a traditional surveyor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing site acquisition and lease advisory activities for Landlords for telecom towers, rooftop, and small cell deployments on client owned property.
  • Coordinate with operators, landlords, legal teams, surveyors and utilities providers to ensure timely completion of lease terms and site management
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support client reporting and updates, preparing status reports and participating in project meetings

Project Responsibilities

  • Assisting Directors with lease advisory support, access management, drafting of survey agreements, consents & rent review documentation
  • Updating project portfolio information on client and internal spreadsheets.
  • Requesting and monitoring Purchase Order cover for all activities
  • Monitoring & reporting on delivery timescales of external and internal contractors.
  • Any other duties that LSH and the Head of Division may reasonably determine from time to time

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • UK Driving Licence

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of telecommunications networks, including mobile and fixed-line infrastructure.
  • Professional experience in telecoms, real estate, or infrastructure project coordination (site acquisition or management experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with commercial property, landlord negotiations, and lease documentation.
