The successful applicant will:

  • Be proactive and vigilant in their approach to safeguarding pupils.
  • Play a key leadership role in managing the school's finances, HR function and supporting administrative systems.
  • Be an appropriate role model as a leader in our school community.
  • Have the personal and social skills to communicate clearly and sensitively, establishing and sustaining good relationships with parents, pupils and other staff.
  • Be caring, committed and highly motivated.
