Position: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Ridham Dock, Kent 

Pay Rates: £20.17-£30.00/hr PAYE + lodge + travel

Hours: 10hrs/day, Mon-Sun

Start Date:

Duration: 10x day shifts

The Role:

Our client has a requirement for additional Mechanical Fitters for a shutdown on a power station near Ridham Dock, Kent. Duties will include assisting with the replacement and maintenance of boiler efficiency systems and other mechanical equipment and components on site.

Requirements:

CCNSG card

Confined Space Entry certificate an advantage

Mechanical Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ 3

Skills and Attributes Required:

Flexible approach and adaptable to changing conditions

Strong team player with the ability to work independently and on own initiative

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Positive attitude to safety

Tolerant of diverse working situations and conditions
