The Campaign Executive – Programmes Opportunity:
As a Campaign Executive - Programmes, you'll be the driving force behind the end-to-end delivery of bold, multi-channel campaigns that bring our funded programmes to life across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and the US.
You'll take full ownership of each programme's marketing journey - sparking awareness, driving recruitment, boosting engagement, and turning participants into passionate advocates. Your work will directly shape programme success, ensuring we hit ambitious targets, exceed funder expectations, and showcase powerful impact stories on a global stage.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Content Marketing Manager, and regional teams to craft standout campaigns, track performance, and optimise outcomes - all while helping every programme reach its maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Delivery:
- Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across the full lifecycle of funded programmes — from awareness and recruitment through engagement, completion, and retention.
- Develop and manage participant onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement journeys to maximise participation and impact.
- Execute integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and events, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand alignment.
Content, Events & Amplification:
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop high-impact case studies, success stories, and thought leadership that showcase programme results.
- Manage marketing for programme-specific events, webinars, and workshops, driving awareness, registrations, and engagement.
- Amplify programme achievements across School channels to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder confidence.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Integration
- Work with the Campaign Executive – B2C to convert engaged members into programme participants, creating a seamless member-to-programme journey.
- Partner with the Campaign Executive – B2B to identify and nurture MQLs and partnership opportunities generated through programme activity.
- Collaborate with regional leads and delivery teams to align campaign execution with audience insights and market priorities.
Programme Management & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate programme marketing activities, timelines, and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the Head of Marketing with programme reporting, milestone tracking, and ensuring delivery against funding requirements.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure campaigns integrate effectively with wider marketing initiatives.
Governance, Data & Reporting:
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign plans, workflows, and performance against agreed deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs, including engagement, reach, and completion metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
- Support reporting for funders and internal teams, supplying evidence of marketing impact and success stories for future bids.
About you:
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in education, community, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and how to drive engagement through awareness, participation, and completion.
- Skilled in project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivering campaigns against deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Confident using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Force24) for campaign delivery and reporting.
- Data-driven mindset, with proven ability to analyse performance and drive improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive team player with a passion for purpose-driven marketing.
If you're excited by the idea of shaping campaigns that inspire global change and want to be part of a passionate, collaborative, mission-driven team—then we'd love to hear from you.
