We are proud of our professional, reliable service and our reputation for maintaining long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team covering Andover and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Mobile AC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work on a variety of air conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites.

You'll work independently, managing your workload efficiently while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, and other AC systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to company and industry standards.
  • Complete all required paperwork, job reports, and service sheets accurately.
  • Maintain communication with clients and the helpdesk to provide updates on progress.
  • Participate in an on-call rota and work overtime when required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).
  • F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience in a similar mobile air conditioning maintenance role.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (company van provided).
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and associated controls.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
