What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Listing and valuing a wide variety of residential rental properties
  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Developing new business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
  • Supporting the Lettings Manager and wider team in achieving targets

  • Proven experience in Residential Lettings
  • Strong valuation/listing and business generation track record
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • High-level communication and customer service ability
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Smart, well-spoken, and well-presented
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional and career-focused approach
