  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain productive relationships with casting directors, producers, directors and creatives. The successful candidate will have a well-established network, their own black book of contacts and the ability to expand them.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate offers, deals and contracts with clarity and precision, ensuring favourable terms and protecting client interests.
  • Project management: Monitor client involvement in projects, from casting to production, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Sound industry knowledge, interest & awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, announcements, commissioning shifts and emerging platforms to identify opportunities ahead of the curve.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with company Directors and the wider team to ensure consistency, strategy and growth across divisions.
