This is a static role where you'll work alongside a team of engineers, reporting directly to the M&E Supervisor.What You'll Be Doing• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across mechanical and electrical systems• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services• Support minor works projects and ensure high standards of service delivery• Provide technical support and guidance to both clients and team members• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards• Use Corrigo CAFM system to manage tasks and update job statuses via tablet• Collaborate with account coordinators, schedulers, and subcontractors• Liaise with site management to ensure minimal disruption to operations• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiativesAbout YouEssential Requirements• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role• NVQ Level 3 in an M&E discipline (Gas, Electrical, AC, Plumbing, or Carpentry)• Strong mechanical bias with commercial plumbing experience• Experience with building services plant and HVAC systems• Familiarity with BMS systems and CAFM tools (Corrigo preferred)• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with customer service focus• Good understanding of health and safety regulations• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable• L8 Training and IOSH Working Safely certification• Experience in fast-paced or critical environmentsWorking ArrangementsHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00On-Call: Participation in call-out rota requiredAbout JLLJLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries and 102,000+ employees worldwide.
