Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and social development.

Duties

  • Manage daily activities and routines for children in the nursery setting.
  • Plan and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
  • Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the nursery.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and parents alike.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences within the nursery environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education practices is preferred.
