  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generations

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

Target Achievement

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Provide regular updates on progress and performance to management.
  • Share insights on customer trends and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong understanding of telemarketing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively negotiate deals.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career within a supportive organisation committed to professional growth.
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (essential).
  • Sales or customer service training (desirable).
