• Manage data subject rights (DSR) requests to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Support technical teams in applying personal data protection and security controls.

• Monitor evolving data privacy laws across multiple jurisdictions and advise stakeholders on compliance.

• Develop governance dashboards and compliance metrics, highlighting data risk trends and remediation status.

• Produce regular reports for senior management, auditors, and privacy committees.

• Lead awareness and training initiatives to promote proper personal data handling and breach prevention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or privacy operations.

• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and AML/KYC regulations.

• Proven experience with data governance tools and frameworks.

• Practical knowledge of data classification, lineage, retention, and access control.

• Ability to interpret, analyze, and report on technical data flows, risks, and controls.

• Preferred: experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance, cross-border data transfers, or in online gambling, sports betting, or financial services.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package reflecting experience and performance.

• Remote work within EMEA with flexible schedules and autonomy.

• Opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and mentorship.

• Comprehensive work-life balance initiatives.
