Residential Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients. Within Leighton buzzard & Dunstable and surrounding areas The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all designated areas within clients' homes or commercial premises, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet company standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Skills

• Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
• Basic cooking skills are considered a plus for clients requiring additional assistance with household chores.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met consistently.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple appointments.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting light loads.
