Job description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Locations

  • Reading
  • Henley-on-Thames

Pay & Benefits

  • £15 – £17 per hour (depending on experience and shifts)
  • Mileage allowance: £0.35 per mile 
  • Flexible shift patterns: 1–4 hours per call
  • Supportive and friendly management team
  • Female Carers (Client Preference)

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and companionship in clients' homes
  • Supporting with mobility, medication prompts, and daily living tasks
  • Maintaining accurate care records and upholding confidentiality
  • Promoting independence and well-being at all times

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Adult & Child Workforce, Health & Social Care)
  • Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle, and valid car insurance
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care / home care / community support
  • Ability to deliver person-centred care with compassion, dignity, and respect
