Join Our Expanding Precision Engineering Team
We are growing and looking for experienced CNC and/or Manual Machinists to become part of our expert engineering team. This role involves highly precise drilling of holes as small as 0.02mm in high-precision tooling components—a specialized process for which full training will be provided.
While previous experience in this exact application isn't mandatory, a strong background in manual or CNC machining is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up manual and CNC machines for ultra-fine drilling tasks
- Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and assist with project estimations
- Design and create custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling for specialized components
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit, highly skilled team to meet strict quality standards
- Support process improvements and assist with broader CNC operations as needed

- Solid experience in manual or CNC machining
- Ability to work within tight tolerances and read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
