What You'll Do
Lead and empower a team of skilled Field Engineers and Technicians to deliver top-tier network solutions.
Plan and execute complex projects, balancing resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Resolve critical network faults with speed and precision, ensuring customers stay connected.
Ensure engineers have the right tools, training, and qualifications to perform at their best.
Shape the future by influencing design standards and supporting product development initiatives.
Champion safety and excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
HND or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline.
Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (Radio, Fibre, SDH, PDH, Voice, Data, SCADA, PMR).
Proven leadership and resource management skills.
Ability to juggle priorities, think analytically, and deliver under pressure.
A customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
