An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Registered Nurse on Internal Rotation, within the Eye Department with the Surgical Directorate.
The position involves working of Eye Department (Internal rotation – Clinic / Day Unit / Theatre) The successful candidate will join Senior members of nursing staff within the eye service coordinating care for the elective Ophthalmology patients / AMD service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

All applicants must be a Registered Nurse and must have concurrent validation with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Surgical experience within the Eye Department at Band 5 level is necessary, training and mentorship in Surgical Nursing will be provided. Experience in Acute adult surgical nursing (Ophthalmology).
