Role Description

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role at FH Harvey UK Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This is a hybrid role, based in Studley, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, BOQ, and Cost Management skills
  • Cost Planning and Cost Reporting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field
