We're expanding our Liverpool team and looking for passionate Sales Assistants who are ready to bring energy, confidence, and exceptional customer experiences to everything they do.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key part in bringing our brand experiences to life. This isn't a typical job — it's fast-paced, interactive, and people-focused.

You'll be representing well-known brands, engaging with customers, and helping to deliver events and campaigns that make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with every shopper in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner.
  • Drive sales performance through confident communication, strong product knowledge, and upselling where appropriate.
  • Process sales accurately through POS systems and handle transactions efficiently and responsibly
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve brand experiences and product offerings.
  • Stay informed about promotions, new product launches, and brand campaigns to confidently represent the business.
  • Represent the company and its partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
  • Take initiative to solve problems quickly and provide positive solutions to customer queries.
  • Contribute to a fun, energetic, and collaborative team culture that values creativity and great service.
ABOUT YOU

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have a passion for people, sales, and creating positive customer experiences
  • Are confident, outgoing, and proactive in approaching customers

  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
