Here at PowerWatts we are passionate about coffee, food, and fitness. We're looking for a friendly, confident Barista to join our brand new team at PowerWatts, an indoor cycling studio with a strong focus on community. Whether it's our riders coming in post workout, or the local community coming in for lunch, we will be ensuring they feel welcome and receive great coffee.

We are looking for someone to start w/c 24th November.

The Role:

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/Front of House Team Member to join our team. You'll be the face of the café, greeting customers, taking orders, making great coffee, and ensuring the space is clean, fresh and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Make great quality coffee and drinks to a high standard.
  • Engage with our customers with a warm and bubbly attitude to provide great service.
  • Be confident in using our till system to take orders at the counter.
  • Be able to maintain a clean, organised, and neat working environment.
  • Supporting with store procedures including opening, and closing of the store.
  • Working efficiently as a team, especially when we are experiencing a high volume of customers.

  • Previous barista experience required.
  • A positive attitude to work.
  • Someone with a passion for sport and fitness and who will be keen to become a part of the PowerWatts community.
  • Flexible availability, including the weekends.
