What You'll Do:
- As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you'll bring your passion for detail and excellent communication skills to represent our clients in the best possible light. Here's a glimpse of what the role entails: - Work Locally – Cover supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius of your location. - Ensure Product Visibility – Make sure our client products have the right shelf space and visibility. - Store Engagement – Build relationships with store staff and managers, helping drive sales through additional displays and stock orders. - Brand Advocacy – Keep retailers informed about exciting product launches, brand activity, and promotions. - Organise with Precision – From shelf replenishment to setting up Point of Sale (POS) materials, your organisation and time management skills will shine
What We're Looking For:
- To succeed in this role, you should: - Be passionate about delivering excellence and maintaining high standards. - Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure. - Be a strong communicator with the ability to explain objectives clearly and get buy-in from store colleagues. - Have outstanding time management and organisational skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. - Be a strong team player that collaborates effectively with the wider larger team, especially for larger campaigns and feedback sharing. - Previous field merchandising experience is desirable however not essential.
Essential Requirements:
- An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.0 or higher). - A U.K. Driving Licence – with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in Zone 1, London where use of TfL is permitted. - Right to work in the U.K.
