Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Following the children's interests providing enriching experiences tailored to their individual needs
  • Create a warm, inclusive and inspiring environment every day
  • Observe, document and celebrate children's progress
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Champion our ethos and contribute to our continuous improvement
  • Uphold safeguarding, EYFS standards, and health & safety practices
  • Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour in every child

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working within an early years environment

Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS

A positive communicator and dedicated team player

Passionate about making a difference in young children's lives

Reliable, proactive and flexible

Desirable:

-Familiarity with The Curiosity Approach

-Paediatric First Aid

-Recent Safeguarding training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.40-£12.75 per hour
