Kids are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Sessional Workers to join our Team, which is filled with fun and excitement. You'll be part of our team, assisting disabled children and young people aged 6 -15 in playing, having fun, and experiencing an amazing opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively under the guidance of a Team Leader to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive play environment.
- Support and supervise children and young people in a variety of safe, stimulating activities suited to their age and ability — both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Encourage participation and empower children and young people to make their own choices during play.
- Respond sensitively to the individual needs of each child or young person, respecting their cultural, linguistic, and personal backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully using appropriate methods for each child's needs.
- Provide personal and physical care as required.
- Maintain open communication with the Team Leader regarding any changes or concerns about the children and young people.
- Contribute to sessional reports and documentation.
- Follow all risk assessment and safeguarding procedures.
- Stay informed about individual care plans and updates.
