We are an independent company and have operated in the leisure/hospitality sector for 30 years, always giving our management the space to fulfil their potential and therefore maximise earnings through very good results driven incentives. On top of that easy access to directors, so cutting out unnecessary red tape when getting things done.

A position has become available for an ambitious General Manager to run the team at one of our city centre bars in Wakefield.

We recognise the hours can be long in our industry, and part of the appeal of this role is that the venue is currently operating successfully on only 2 weekend nights a week, so the work/life balance is excellent.

As well as this, the role provides a good basic salary plus bonuses based on performance.

Experience with mixology and cocktail training is preferred but not essential and also a good understanding of what it takes to maintain a popular venue through promotion and networking is required. Applicants must have their own transport and live reasonably local to the area.

An immediate start is available.
