The Client are expanding their UK office and are looking for an Account Manager to own specific clients and verticals to drive the business forward.
This role is an incredible opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of the company, where your success will directly impact the success of The Client and drive the global client strategy going forward.
It also comes with uncapped earnings, so there are plenty of opportunities to make more money as you go
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with a deep understanding of how to win and grow accounts in complex, fast-moving environments.
Essential:
- Strong experience of winning new business in a B2B sales role.
- Strong track record of growing client accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Knowledge of technology, consulting, or talent services
- Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with data-led decision making.
- Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations.
Desirable:
- Experience working with clients in data, AI, digital, or technology transformation domains.
- Experience of a given private sector industry such as Retail, Media, Transport, Energy & Commodities, Manufacturing, FMCG or Pharma.
- Understanding of delivery models including consulting, SOW, and managed services.
