Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across all customer channels for the brand. This includes managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales across international distributors, UK dental dealers, and direct sales to dental practices.
This is a pivotal role, owning the sales strategy and execution for the brand, working closely with the senior management team to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers (international distributors, UK dealers)
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development
New Business Development
- Identify and secure new distribution partners internationally.
- Build and expand our footprint in the UK through supporting our UK dealer and through direct practice sales in the North East of England.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage with our internal sales executive to help them
- Forecast and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to support product launches, campaigns, and events.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a member of the sales team, setting clear targets, providing coaching and support, and reviewing performance to ensure objectives are met.
Representation
- From time to time, represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions.
Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen our presence and reputation in the community
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management ideally within the dental, medical device, or oral-care sector although full training will be provided if you don't have direct dental sales experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently with accountability for targets.
- Willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally as required.

Salary £28,000 plus a generous commission structure and discount to be use on our products
