Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic and Multimedia Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong portfolio of design work, capable of taking projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team to develop visual content that supports our marketing efforts, enhances our product presentation, and strengthens our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, and in-store promotional displays.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and layouts for digital projects, including animations, videos, and interactive content.
• Create and edit video content for our website, social media channels, and other promotional platforms.
• Collaborate with the management and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and software to ensure our visual communications remain fresh and relevant.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media profiles with visually appealing content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, multimedia content, and video editing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in creating graphics for both digital and print media.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not essential if supported by a strong portfolio.
