We are looking for a D&M Operative within Social Housing, delivering repairs works in occupied and void properties. Working across Surrey / Sussex, you will be addressing damp and mould issues and carrying out painting and decorating tasks
Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial works to address damp and mould issues in social housing properties, including cleaning, treating affected areas, and applying anti-mould coatings.
- Undertake painting and decorating works internally and externally to a high standard.
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, sealing) before painting or treatment.
Requirements
- Experience of performing mould treatments in residential properties.
- Experience working in social housing
- Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent) are desirable.
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000
Van & Fuel Card provided
30 days paid holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
