Position Overview
We're looking for the next superstar National Account Manager to join our business. The role will predominantly focus on leading our Wholesale growth strategy, which has been a big focus and success for 2025. Whilst managing and growing our current Wholesalers, this person will be tasked with increasing our geographical reach through onboarding the right Wholesalers to work with in the UK. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PRESS in the UK market.

PRESS has created a strong footprint in the B2B industry through offering a wide range of healthy, functional products - juices, smoothies, shots, meals, soups and snacks. Our E-Commerce site serves over 3,000 customers and has seen exponential growth in 2025 with more consumers than ever looking for nutrient dense, natural food and drink.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Customer Relationship Management
: Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key wholesale partners.
- Product and Distribution
: Drive the listing and distribution of the full PRESS Healthfoods product portfolio, ensuring optimal range and visibility within the wholesaler's systems and end-user offerings.
- Wholesale Expansion
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Wholesalers, through own insights and working alongside customers' sales teams.
- New Business Development
: Actively identify and secure the right new wholesale partners, expand PRESS's footprint throughout the UK and offering end customers the right RTM.
- Cross functional working
: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product functions to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure product availability.
- Networking
: Represent PRESS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and our mission.
Key Requirements
- Experience
: 4+ years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally within the health and wellness, and / or food and beverage sectors.
- Account Management
: Proven track record in managing and growing accounts, including winning new business.
- Wholesale knowledge
: Whilst not essential, it will help speed of movement in a channel where there's plenty of white space.
- Commercial Acumen
: Strong financial literacy and a commercially astute mindset to understand margin drivers, pricing strategies, and return on investment on sales driving activity.
- Results-Driven
: Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and grow market presence.
- Communication
: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Analytical Skills
: Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with experience in using and building P&Ls, sales tools and CRM systems to inform decision-making.
- Passion for Health & Wellness
: A genuine passion aligned to PRESS's vision.
- Key software skills
: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP systems, AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini).
