As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll take ownership of Meta Ads strategy and execution across a varied client portfolio, while also contributing to internal playbooks, testing frameworks, and operational improvements. If you're looking to move fast, take full responsibility, and help shape how a young agency scales, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise high-impact Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
  • Analyse performance data to drive profitable growth through strategic insights and testing.
  • Manage 8–10 client accounts, building strong relationships and delivering results.
  • Identify upsell opportunities across paid social, email, and creative services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine workflows and stay ahead of platform trends.

Essential Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-performing client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking and performance reporting.
  • Excellent client communication skills and a track record of trust-based relationships.
  • Technical proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and spreadsheet tools.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
