Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Education, located in the UK. This pivotal role will enhance our mission of delivering high-quality sports and physical activities to primary schools, ensuring operational excellence across our extensive network.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery across all programs.
  • Collaborate with coaches and schools to enhance service offerings.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align operations with company goals.

  • Delivery of high quality PE sessions

  • Qualifications

  • min level 2 sports qualification
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the education or sports industry is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
