Join Matchday Collective as a Student Ambassador and become the face of the brand on campus, helping us grow and shape our presence. We're building the UK's leading streetwear brand, creating premium, elevated pieces for the modern sports fan. Each item is inspired by fashion, travel, music, and culture, designed to be noticed, crafted with care, and made to feel as good as it looks.

Matchday is backed by a founder from a branding agency, another who runs a fashion house producing 100k garments a week, a streetwear designer, and one who leads the world's largest sports fan group. On top of that, we've built an ambassador network of over 10 million fans across the UK. Now, we're taking it to the next level ahead of our official launch at the end of November.

What You'll Get Involved With

  • Engage with mates, societies, and clubs, promoting the brand IRL and online
  • Be part of a nationwide team of student ambassadors, driving partnerships, pop-ups, international trips, exclusive parties and brand events.
  • Seek out and create opportunities to grow the brand on campus, from events to social campaigns.
  • Influence how Matchday connects with students and shape its presence across Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Matchday Collective on campus and via social media.
  • Engage fellow students through events, pop-ups, and campaigns.
  • Represent the brand around Uni.
  • Collaborate with other ambassadors to enhance visibility and increase impact.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on student trends and preferences.

Hours & Flexibility

  • Flexible hours to fit around your studies.
  • Opportunities to work remotely and on campus.

Compensation

  • Earn over £2,600 a year by driving sales and engagement on campus, based on just 10 garments sold a week. Essentially, the more you share and engage, the more you earn.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a University in Newcastle.
  • Active on social media.
  • Passionate about football, and/or fashion
  • Confident, Self-motivated and proactive.
