Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Engineer located in Swavesey. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of properties. Responsibilities include general maintenance, electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, carpentry work, and ensuring that all properties are in optimal condition. The role also involves scheduled inspections, emergency responses, and coordinating with other team members and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- General Maintenance and Repair Skills
- Basic Electrical Maintenance and Repairs
- Plumbing Skills and Experience
- Basic Carpentry and Joinery Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications and licenses in maintenance and repair fields are a plus
- Experience in property maintenance
